This is only available for gmsh for now.
also address some deprecation warnings
It seems that `srsly`, i.e. the library we use in `merge_environments_yaml.py` started to add an extra empty line at the end of the files. This sed call removes that.
This makes the generated MPI scripts easier to read/modify.
Just reusing what we have from thalassa.
Including the full IOC metadata can get quite confusing. This version just keeps things simpler.
Work towards tests with schism-5.12rc1
We already run them in the PR!
